WHO AND WHAT: X.F.T. (Xtreme. Fitness. Training) We are a group of
Trainers and Martial Artists who have designed a dynamic fitness
program that combines the functionality of core training with the
skills and drills of REAL Kickboxing and cardio workouts. Our X.F.T
Bootcamps are an intense mixture of core strength workouts, cardio
conditioning and kickboxing routines that will bring your fitness
and self defense knowledge to new levels.
X.F.T. gives its clients exactly what they need. We have created a
unique, honest, no nonsense workout regiment that is designed to get
results! Lose excess body fat and weight, create a strong core and
fundamental fitness foundation, make new friends, and above all have
fun. Regain the confidence that you once had in your physique and
physical ability, relieve stress and feel that youthful vitality
once again.
Our constantly varied style workouts trick the body into not
becoming complacent and constantly keep the body guessing. This
creates an environment for our workouts to never become stale and
thus keep the body always adapting and increasing in work capacity.
The functional fitness and core workouts that we incorporate into
all of our daily routines build such a strong foundation, that it
leaves the body “truly” strong, from the inside out. We combine all
of this with our intense cardio style tempo which also increases
your cardio capacity while burning fat and building strength. As if
this was not enough, we incorporate true kickboxing techniques that
will burn more calories and teach you a skill that you will carry
with you confidently forever.
Anyone from the senior citizens to kids 12 and up can fully
participate in our X.F.T. Bootcamps. People from all fitness
backgrounds have benefited from functional movements of our
routines. We have created a warm community of enlistees that have
benefited from the camaraderie that goes hand in hand with the
classes that we run.
The Functional Fitness component of our program is designed for
universal scalability making it accessible to any committed
individual regardless of experience or background. We’ve used our
same routines for elderly individuals to cage fighters one month out
from a fight. We scale down load and intensity; we don’t change
programs.

I lost 18 pounds, and 6 inches around my
waist in one session of xft. Its also improved my posture and ive

When I was 14 years old I injured my lower back, the injury never
healed correctly so years later and having three children I was
told that my spine was that of an 80 year old and was told to stop
all athletics and basically do nothing but walk. At the age of 34,
this was a death sentence so I continued to defy the doctors orders
and ended up herniating all the disc in my lower back and 5 out of 7
in my neck. By my mid-forties I ended up having back and neck
surgery and was living with daily chronic
pain and
inflammation. Three months ago I started the Xfit program and the
instructors in this program have made modifications to protect my
spine which has allowed me to strengthen my body and lose inches
and pounds. In addition this program has helped reduced the
inflammation and pain in my body and given me a sense of pride and
accomplishment that I was able to do the workout. I know this
journey is far from over and I may never do the things I use to do
but at least Xfit has shown me a light at the end of the tunnel! -Laurie
My
husband and I gained 105 pounds together when I was pregnant. Thanks
to the X.F.T. classes and staff; we have lost 70 combined pounds in
the last 6 months. I am now 5 pounds lighter than I was before I had
my son. It has changed our lives and taught us to live a healthily
lifestyle not just for ourselves but for our 2 year old son.
